Shipping & Delivery
FOB: Anaheim, California. All orders are shipped by best method. Actual freight cost will be added to invoice amount. Standard orders will be shipped via FEDEX GROUND or UPS GROUND.  Express and/or other shipping arrangements must be specified at the time of placing your order. Shipping dates are approximate and are based upon the prompt receipt of all necessary information. Displays&Holders will always endeavor to meet your delivery requirements. Shipping estimates are obtained by placing your items in the shopping cart and proceed as if you were prepared to purchase the items. All of the available shipping options and costs will be displayed for you to choose prior to the checking out. Shipping costs are subject to review and change prior to shipment. You will be contacted if additional charges apply.

Returns & Replacements
Returns on stock items are accepted within 10 days of delivery.All returns are subject to a 20% inspection and re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment.Returned merchandise that is damaged upon receipt will not be credited.Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs.Absolutely no returns accepted on custom displays and customized products, including orders with imprinting   Note: Do NOT RETURN damaged or defective products or mis-shipment by Displays&Holders or our Carriers, as this does not apply. Please call customer service at 1-866-235-1216.
Ordering
Most items on are in stock and available for immediate shipping (24 to 48 hours) . There is no minimum order however orders under $25.00 (excluding freight) have a $5.00 handling fee which is added into the freight charges.  Your order begins processing, immediately after it is placed online, by phone, or by purchase order. During processing time, it may be possible to cancel or change your order, but once the order moves into the production, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please call Displays&Holders and have your company information and order number. We will make every attempt to process your request, but does not guarantee that the order will be successfully changed or canceled. Customers who submit a purchase order, are required to send a written request to cancel via fax or email.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit cards are accepted
To establish a Net 30 account please call Customer Service at 1-866-235-1216 before ordering. 1st time orders must be prepaid.  Net 30 accounts are offered on a limited basis and generally after 3 orders are placed within a 12 month period.  5-7 business days for approval. The approval process takes approx 7 business days and will delay the processing and shipping of your order.

Cancelling or Changing an Order
